Keep in mind that certain items cannot be returned, such as custom products and personal care goods. Additionally, we are unable to accept returns on sale items.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you about the refund approval status. If approved, the refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method. Please be patient as it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
